12-2-99: As of today we have sold out all of our holdings in etrade to help fund the incorporating and trademarking of Shoplinxs.com. This move was made as to not have to get more funds from the holders. Matt will be approaching everyone later this week to present papers for articles of incorporation. We have well over 10000 click-throughs on Shoplinxs.com, our media campaign will kick off in January, and we should see this number quadruple over the next few quarters. We are also in the midst of being able to sell isp dial-up internet access, we can hopefully lock this up by January as well. I'll update as necessary.

11-17-99: We have moved out all CPQ stock and we will also be following with ZIPL to help fund advertising and start up funds for campaign. We have been added to 100 major search engines. Goto your favorite and type Shoplinxs or any close variation. We are approaching 850 unique hits. I will be adding heavily this week end so stay tuned for more updates.

10-31-99: www.ShopLinxs.com officially opened for business at 7:15 pm Halloween night. What an anniversary date this will make next year. I would like to take a little time to thank my team for all their support and especially GtG web Productions for completing the site. Hehe. Thanks again to everyone for being so patient and lets wish ourselves the best of luck!!

10-29-99: ShopLinxs.com got a facelift. After considerable debate with color schemes, I have decided on a scheme I am very comfortable with. Please have a look and let me know what you think. abeljr@shoplinxs.com Launch date for ShopLinxs.com is set for halloween.

10-20-99: All is going according to plan. We installed gateway today and will be open for business in the next 72 hours. I will send a email and icq to all as we open. When we do tell your freinds and their freinds. We need to raise some capital real quick as the expenses are piling up. If you haven't paid your first invoice to Matt yet please do so ASAP. Thanks, I know he would appreciate it. We are also planning on needing and additional 200 from each member in the very near future so stay ahead of the game and keep in touch with Matt. Revision to above: If you haven't paid first invoice your shares are being reallocated and distributed.

10-10-99: Sorry for the lack of updates, but we are very very close to live launch date. Merchant gateway was recently approved and all we are waiting on now is the trademark and we are full steam ahead. I will post updates very quickly on the shoplinxs.com site as we go. Look ahead! As for our securities , Art has been given sell position for CPQ. We are looking for a more growth natured stock , meanwhile ZIPL is shootong 5 dollars in 6 days. We are ready to roll. Well I'll update as we go. We have also got in contact with a sales rep for the NM area. Be on the lookout for qualified sales team members. The more we bring in the better we will grow.

09-24-99: We are almost to the launch point, sorry it took so long but I was in dallas for a week. We have secured Fed Id, business accounts, DBA, and merchant services. All we are waiting for is the gateway and we are in business. Should be only four or five days away. We are also put in a postion of having to incorporate. I will be sending a letter of details along with the specs and reasoning as well as an invoice to collect monies for the setup as we are in standing as of now to all the partners.

09-12-99: Well it looks like CPQ decided to take an upward turn, I'm glad to see that happen, now if ZIPL will follow suit. Well the beta is ready to roll go over to www.ShopLinxs.com and take a peek. I haven't linked the Go Shopping button but its all there. I'll let you know when its linked. for now just type www.shoplinxs.com/ushop for now. But please do not order as of yet since the links are not complete to the secure server. This is a beta view for Quattro members only please. Please give me any feedback to abeljr@shoplinxs.com I will add more stores tonight and tomorrow so we can feature 300 products at open.

09-09-99: We are getting closer only five or six more pages to go to premiere the site. I am shooting for a September 20 full on launch date. I also ordered 5 more catalogs to distribute to all of the team. We will be generating a partnership agreement for us to approve in 2 days. I'll email it to everyone for final approval. I will be in Dallas for a week, upon return we will meet to discuss the strategy for the first six weeks as far as advertising and media are concerned. Stay tuned we are finally getting real close. I'll have a beta for us to preview in 2 days as well.

09-01-99: I am glad to announce Art is officially taking over our securities division. I am sure he will do a bang up job for us. As far as the web site goes, I made great strides over the last 3 days and believe I can set up a beta version in 10 days.We will be contacting all partners soon with partnership papers to sign and an invoice to reimburse Matt for the last two months.
